Light is also a factor that cannot be ignored in storage. Some pharmaceutical products are sensitive to light and may decompose or deteriorate under light. These products are usually packaged in brown glass bottles or light-shielding packaging. When storing, they should be placed in a light-proof place, such as a dark warehouse corner or a medicine cabinet with light-shielding facilities.

In addition, the storage of pharmaceutical products should also follow the principle of classified storage. Products of different categories, dosage forms, and batch numbers should be stored separately for easy management and traceability. At the same time, inventory should be counted and inspected regularly, and expired or deteriorated products should be removed in time.

For imported pharmaceutical products, storage conditions during transportation should also be taken into account. In long-distance transportation, the continuity of the cold chain should be ensured to avoid fluctuations in temperature and humidity.
