Use and synthesis methods

Untoward effect :

The most common adverse effects of abercercept were subconjunctival hemorrhage, ocular pain, cataract, vitreous detachment, floating vitreous, and increased intraocular pressure. The process of intravitreal injection may cause endophthalmitis and retinal detachment, so strict attention must be paid to aseptic manipulation. Increasing intraocular pressure occurs within 60min after intravitreal injection, and repeated intravitreal injections of VE GF inhibitors may also lead to a sustained increase in intraocular pressure. Attention should also be paid to monitoring the intraocular pressure and optic nerve Chemicalbook nipple blood perfusion during the use of aboxycept. Furthermore, patients receiving intravitreal administration of other VE GF inhibitors are at risk of arterial thrombotic events. The year 1 incidence of arterial thrombotic events in clinical trials was 1.8%. Other uncommon adverse reactions include: conjunctival congestion, corneal erosion, retinal pigment epithelial shedding, injection site pain, eye foreign body sensation, increased tears, blurred vision, retinal pigment epithelial tear, bleeding at the injection site, eyelid edema, and corneal edema.

Indication :

Abacercept is suitable for the development of neovascular-type age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and retinal edema after CRVO. For the treatment of patients with metastatic colorectal cancer with resistance to an oxaliplatin-containing chemotherapy regimen or with cancer deterioration after treatment with this regimen.
